Basketball Update

My boys are doing great!

If you are keeping up with the sidebar, you will see that both teams are 3-0. Not bad. Actually pretty great.

Last year Nicholas was really shy about playing. He wanted to be on the court, but he didn't want to touch the ball. Yesterday, he got TWO shots off! BOTH FROM OUTSIDE THE THREE POINT LINE! Neither one were good, but he hit the rim both times, AND he got a rebound and got to take the inbound and take it to mid-court. Not bad.

David figured out how to get the ball on his team. He gets out in front of the others and the kids will pass to him. He shot from just outside the free throw line and made it but he was called traveling. Not fair! He tried again, but missed. He blocked a shot and got a rebound. He did really well.
