Iraq and Terror Warnings

I am sitting here about to listen to a segment on Larry King Live about Homeland Defense Secretary Michael Chertoff's "gut feeling" that the US will be attacked by Al-Qaeda this summer and I can't help but wonder...Is this a distraction from the fact that Congress is turning against the president?

I have a feeling that President Bush doesn't like that his strategy for Iraq is not going the way he wants it to go so his administration is throwing up a smokescreen. See, if there is a danger of an attack, then we need to press forward in Iraq. So, they try to scare us in to thinking that we need to still be there in Iraq.
