Little did we know that when we heard those three words what impact Florida would make on all our lives. Little did Tim Russert know that that white board would be placed in the Smithsonian Institute. Tim Russert will be missed.

I listened to Tim Russert many times during election season. He was wise about politics, he knew what he was talking about. Tim Russert will be missed.

Tim Russert knew the pulse of Washington, he knew the pulse of the country. He knew that we were getting a raw deal. But he was also what all journalists should be - impartial. He was fair to all sides. He was a true newsman, even though that was not what he intended to be.

He was a father, a son, a husband. He will be missed.
