Texas Bluebonnets
I didn't realize that people outside of Texas didn't know what bluebonnets are. Just something that never crossed my mind. We just love them here. They are our state flower and they bloom all over the place during March and April. There are fields of them along highway 290 between Brenham and Austin, Texas. It is worth the drive just to see the bluebonnets.

Such beautiful pictures! I will have to visit texas sometime during bluebonnet season, I'm sure it's even better in real life!
Come on down to Texas, I would love to show you the bluebonnets sometime!
They bloom in late March to April, then they are gone. It gets too hot for them.
Love the last picture—really beautiful—and your new header looks great!
