2nd Degree Burn

Last night while I was trying to cook supper, I burned the middle finger on my left hand so bad it is a 2nd degree burn. I was dropping onions in oil that was way too hot and it splashed up on me. The burn was so bad it immediately caused the skin to come off. Not good.

I am lucky though that it was only one finger. It could well have been my entire hand, or it could have been Brenham. He was helping me cook. I am so glad I was the one to drop the onions in the pan.

Please pray for me as this heals. I had a tetnus shot at the hospital, but this burn is bad and has to have antibiotic ointment applied everyday to keep it from getting infected.
